The Terms and Conditions, effective from 1st August 2021, supersede any prior terms. If you do not agree, you should not access the Website(s) and Services.   • Do not use the Services, Website(s), Device(s), Software, or the Information in any way that interferes with the availability of the Services and the Website(s) to other users or degrades the operational performance of the Services and Website(s).

  • Do not upload or distribute any program, file, or data that contains viruses, is corrupted, or may affect the operational performance of the Device(s), Software, Services, and/or Website(s).

  • Do not post or transmit to the Website(s), Device(s), or other users any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, pornographic, or profane material. Also, do not post material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
  • Confirm that you are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, affiliate, or agent of MarvelBet or any related company, or a relative or housemate of any of the foregoing.
  • Do not interfere with other users’ use of the Services, Website(s), Software, Devices, and/or Information or initiate and/or engage in surveys, contests, chain letters, or post/transmit any spammy content.

Placement of Bets and Bet Acceptance Procedure

  • Marvelbet accepts bets for games, sporting events, and other advertised events on the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s). 
  • All bets are subject to the relevant House Betting Rules and these Terms and Conditions. 
  • If there is an error, incorrect participant, malfunction, transmission failure, technical issues, suspected fraud, or insufficient funds, bets may be voided. 
  • MarvelBet reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. 
  • Bets must be made through the internet and/or Devices in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. No other forms of betting (e.g. post, email, fax) are accepted.
  • You are responsible for all activities using your name, account number, username, and password. 
  • Verify the details of your bets and review any applicable rules before confirming. 
  • Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
